Martin Hewitt

A Sandhurst graduate, Martin’s career in the Parachute Regiment was cut short after his right arm was paralyzed in a shooting. He’s now leading the ever first disabled team to climb the highest mountain on each continent, and reach both the North and South Pole. He co-founded Fieri and his endeavours and ethos are at the heart of programme development.



Tony Harris

A former British Army Captain, Tony completed six operational tours in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan - where he was very seriously injured leading his team. He put together the first ever disabled team to compete in the Dakar Rally and took a gold medal in Sitting Volleyball at the 2014 Invictus Games. He delivers Evolution, Resilience and Wellbeing training for Fieri, and his motivational talks have taken him all over the world.


James Robinson

James attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, serving in Kosovo and Iraq as a Platoon Commander in The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment, followed by several years in the commercial world in both consultancy and operations management.  He subsequently spent seven years in the Education sector, having qualified with a PGCE, and latterly focussed on mentoring and training new teachers.  He is a Level 2 RFU qualified rugby coach of a men’s team, and sits on a school Governing Body.


Matt Johns

Matt served as an Army officer completing three tours of Afghanistan. As well as instructing future Leaders at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he was part of the initial team developing the Afghan National Army Officer Academy in Kabul. Matt has an academic background in communication, leadership and management, giving him the essential skills and experience needed to design and deliver Fieri’s services.


Chris Smith

Chris trained at the Military Academy Sandhurst and served in Northern Ireland, Borneo, Belize and Gibraltar as well as training officers at the Kings Division depot in York. After the Army he enjoyed a highly successful business career, working and advising at executive level all across the world. Chris has a passion for sports, particularly Rugby, and is experienced in Executive coaching, Leader Development and Change Management. He considers the opportunity to coach people a responsibility and a privilege.
