Who is it for?

An approved ILM and Levy Funded Main Provider, Fieri is uniquely placed to guide junior and senior managers through level 3 and level 5 apprenticeships and develop competencies that will allow them to create, develop and lead their own teams in their organisation.

Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor programme

The Team Leader/Supervisor programme is an exciting work based pathway developed by our in-house creative team. Developed and tailored to meet the individual leadership style of your organisation, we give learners the theoretical and practical skills to become confident and effective leaders.

Level 5 Operations and Departmental Management programme

The Operations and Departmental Management programme provides middle and senior managers with a deeper overview of their role as a leader.

The Learning Journey:

Fully Supported Training From Start to Finish

Our programmes encompass the three core modules of Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading the Business. Each core module is then broken down into three topics. Each programme lasts for the duration of 12 to 18 months after which learner are assessed through a portfolio they develop with us and a presentation with an end point assessor. We support learners throughout this process with mock presentations and constructive feedback.

Manageable Learning:

Three Modules Over 18 Months

Leading Self

Management of Self

This module starts off by establishing the strengths and areas for future development of the individuals within the group and learning techniques for gathering useful feedback from colleagues.

Self-Awareness

Having a strong sense of self-awareness allows leaders to recognise when their delivery technique needs adjusting to meet the needs of the team. This topic covers techniques that will assist with self-reflection in addition to personal development needs and recognising learning styles.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

With more responsibility comes tough decision making. To conclude the Leading Self module, you will study a variety of problem solving techniques and apply them to real-world scenarios through Fieri’s experiential learning tools.

Leading Others

Building Relationships

Having strong relationship building skills with stakeholders, customers and internal team are crucial to the running of a successful organisation. In this topic, we develop emotional intelligence to help in relationship and trust building whilst developing conflict management techniques.

Managing People

Leading on from the Building Relationships topic, this topic specifically looks at how to manage internal teams. This helps newly appointed managers to build healthy team dynamics, increase motivation and develop a range of performance management methods.

Leading People

In this topic, we draw from our own leadership backgrounds to build both leadership and management techniques, recognising that these are not always the same.

Leading the Business

Project Management

Project management encompasses the ability to lead the self, lead others and organise the running of multiple operations. This topic draws on the skills learnt over the two modules and encourages participants to combine these skills.

Finance

Our Finance topic develops project management skills to help new project managers meet key deadlines. We also support learners to understand the impact project schedules have financially as well as developing budget management skills.

Operational Management

To complete the course, this final topic collates all the skills from the course, and develops a deeper understanding of how an operational strategy is developed, and implemented in the organisation. In addition to developing skills to be able to recognise the resources to use for support.

Our Learning Outcomes

The full curriculum is designed to provide mid-level members of the management team with important lessons on how to avoid unnecessary risks and reduce costs, while increasing performance and quality. This leads to increased customer satisfaction and an improved bottom line: overall success for the business.

Lifelong Support From Our Team

Fieri support continues long after the course. All learners on our programmes have access to our Alumni Network, containing exclusive learning material from Fieri. In addition to this, we continually measure the impact of our apprenticeships after their completion to assess retention. We can also provide additional sessions after the completion of the programme that recap and build upon the learnings from their apprenticeship.
