Fieri are proud to have worked with the Premier League’s Elite Coach Apprenticeship Scheme (ECAS) since its inception. We designed a programme specific to the needs of the country’s future elite coaches as part of the Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) and have developed it year on year. We are pretty proud of the result – a challenging exercise that provides self-awareness to future elite coaches on how they lead and interact with others. This, alongside coaching from elite ex-service personnel on how to perform under pressure, brings to football some highly transferable military lessons. This year The Telegraph came to see Fieri in action and wrote this article on ECAS and the wider EPPP.
