We are incredibly excited to announce the forthcoming 1st March launch of Fieri’s first ever formal apprenticeship programme, in partnership with TLC (The Training & Learning Company), a Grade 1 Outstanding Provider under the expert leadership of John Allison. The first cohort of GSK learners will start their Level 3 in Management and Leadership which is aimed at current and aspiring leaders, and later in March we commence with the first cohort of Domino’s Level 3 learners. Many of our learners will have several years’ experience within their organistion already, wanting to gain a formal qualification, whereas others will be new to their particular workplace.  We are inclusive, and we focus on individualised learning – one size does not fit all.

UK organisations in all sectors are able to access the Apprenticeship Levy for provision of funded training (those with an annual paybill in excess of £3 million). Announced in 2015, “the government is committed to boosting productivity by investing in human capital, as part of this, they are committed to developing vocational skills, and to increasing the quantity and quality of apprenticeships… the levy will help to deliver new apprenticeships and it will support quality training by putting employers at the centre of the system”.

Our intent is to deliver UK market-leading apprenticeships in Management and Leadership at Levels 3 and 5, leveraging our diverse and extensive team’s expertise in delivering at the forefront of experiential and action-based learning, using their own experiences to help others gain perspective and grow in confidence and ability.  Our brilliant team, built carefully over several years, comprises inspirational facilitators with first–hand experience of the Paralympic and Olympic Games, hostage and crisis negotiation, business psychology, the L&D sector, commercial leadership, educational leadership, elite sport, health/wellbeing and resilience, the military and much more!  Who better to help your talent pool develop into better people, teams and leaders?

Fully adapted to deliver via the new Fieri virtual learning environment, learners will gain in self-confidence; in their ability to make decisions; how to be part of and build a high–performance team; analysing data; project management; communicating effectively; planning and organisational skills, and overall be able to practise leading others under expert mentoring and coaching, both internal and external to their organisation.
