15 Jan Developing front line leaders in a global pharmaceutical organisation
The challenge
A global pharmaceutical organisation identified its front line leaders as critical to delivering operational excellence across manufacturing and global supply.
This cohort sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing performance both above and below them in the organisation. The challenge was to strengthen leadership capability, confidence and consistency at scale, while embedding the organisation’s purpose, values and performance expectations across multiple US manufacturing sites.
The solution
Fieri partnered with the organisation’s Global Supply to design and deliver a three-day, in-person leadership development programme for front line leaders.
Following detailed discovery, the programme focused on performance, communication, decision-making, resilience and inclusive leadership.
Delivered over eight months across six US sites, multiple courses ran in parallel, supported by virtual catch-up sessions to maximise reach and consistency.
The results
- 60 in-person courses delivered across six US sites
- 700+ front line leaders reached
- +30% increase in feeling well trained as a leader
- +14% increase in feeling well supported by the organisation
- +81 NPS, indicating world-class participant advocacy
- 96% rated course content as excellent; 92% felt more confident to lead
