Accelerating high-potential leaders in a global pharmaceutical organisation

The challenge

High-potential leaders across a global pharmaceutical organisation were progressing more slowly than their capability justified.

Many faced identity-based and systemic barriers, including bias linked to geography, culture and gender, low visibility, imposter syndrome and difficulty influencing without authority. The risk was not a lack of talent, but the loss of diverse, high-potential leaders without targeted, inclusive leadership development.

The solution

Fieri designed and delivered a nine-month global Leadership Acceleration Programme combining inclusive leadership development with real organisational exposure.

The programme blended a three-day, face-to-face flagship module focused on leadership identity, confidence, visibility and strategic presence, with virtual masterclasses covering resilience, influencing, inclusive leadership, communication and courageous conversations.

This was supported by 1:1 coaching and action learning sets tackling live business challenges. Sponsor and manager check-ins reinforced application in role, culminating in a showcase where participants presented their leadership growth and impact directly to global senior leaders.

The results

  • NPS of 88 (face-to-face module) and 100 (virtual masterclasses)
  • 100% reported meaningful leadership growth and improved leadership behaviours
  • 39% promoted during or shortly after the programme
  • 89% took on expanded responsibilities; 78% gained greater decision-making authority
  • 83% reported stronger positive influence across the organisation
  • Coach quality rated 4.8/5; training quality 4.6/5
